The total cost to study with Yangtze International Study Abroad is less than many other programs in China and offers unmatched services and academic value.

Semester Programs:

Spring 2010: February 19 to May 18 $8,600

Fall 2010 Programs:

Chinese language focus: August 29 to December 15 $9,000
Communication Studies: September 8 to December 8 $9,000
Political Science & Public Administration: September 8 to December 8 $9,000


Summer Programs:

Eller In China: May 20 to July 27 $9,000 (you must be an Eller student and register through the University of Arizona Eller College of Management)


Many types of financial aid that you are receiving at your home university can be applied to the cost of studying in China. Some universities charge additional tuition or application fees. Please contact YISA or your school’s Study Abroad office to find out what fees will apply to you.

Program fees include:

  • Tuition
  • Health insurance
  • Fully furnished modern apartment in Nanjing (home-stay option available)
  • High speed internet access in residences
  • Travel costs for official excursions to Beijing, Shanghai, and other locations in China including entry fees to field trip destinations
  • Cell phone for calls within China
  • Support services provided by faculty and staff including but not limited to translation assistance, travel planning, academic advising, and emergency assistance.
  • Pick-up at airport upon arrival in China
